Are Sales Taxes Applied To My Order?
The pricing for all Albert products on the albertclothing.com website includes taxes (U.K VAT 20%) and are available in Euro, Gbp, Usd, Cad, Aud, Jpy, Aed, Try and Inr.
The pricing exclude duty fees (always at customer’s charge) and shipping costs (calculated at checkout)
What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted Online?
We accept major payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard and American Express (through Paypal)
Paypal (with or without a Paypal account)
Bank Transfer (please, contact customer service directly to take advantage of this method)
How Do I Cancel My Order?
It is not possible to cancel an order placed for which the payment has been properly accepted by the payment gateway.
However, if the order has not been assigned to the courier for shipment, it is possible to replace the ordered product with a different item of equal or greater value.
If the value of the new ordered product should be greater than the value of the previously ordered item, you will be asked to pay the difference
What are your shipping methods and costs?
We ship worldwide.
Shipments within the United Kingdom and Europe are shipped via Royal Mail Or DHL usually within 3-4 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please check the delivery information of each product you order as the dispatch time for each item may vary.
Shipments outside Europe are delivered by DHL also and the shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

What Are Your Return And Exchange Policies?
Each order completed online at full price can be returned for size exchange or refund within 10 days from the date of delivery to you, if you need to exchange or request for a refund please email us with your order number at info@albertclothing.com .
Made to order products and Sale items are final and no returns or exchanges are admitted.
